Napoleon Propane, LLC respects the privacy of all of its customers. The information that we collect from each customer is used solely by us to service that customer. Information collected may include customer's name, additional contact name(s), billing and service address(es), phone number(s), and email address(es). In order to provide you with propane, we also collect information about your propane tank(s), other propane equipment, and appliances using the propane. This may include size(s), serial number(s), manufacturer(s), manufacture date(s), model number(s), pressure readings, and other details about how that equipment is connected and/or designed to operate. We also collect your purchases and payments with us. We collect this information by you providing it to us when you contact us and provide it, by taking readings when we are at your service address(es) filling and servicing your equipment, and when we contact you and request the information. We also collect information necessary to process your payment requests. This information is only collected when you explicitly provide it to us as a means to make a payment on your account(s).

We do not share any information that we collect with third parties with the following exceptions: 1) Payment information that must be passed on to our bank or credit card processor in order to process your payment. 2) Information necessary to deliver the propane you purchase with our direct affiliate WKLP Transport, LLC which is the delivery arm or our operation. SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS will not be shared with third party or affiliate companies for marketing purposes.
